Just a Question...?

Do you think that duck-taping a 2 pound exercise weight to my leg and doing raises with it all day will help build the muscles back up in my leg??


My thought is yes, but then again, it was also my idea to jump down the stairs and break myself. 
So you can understand my lack of confidence in my ideas.
